Shipping Information
What shipping methods do you have available?
In the United States, we offer shipping via USPS with USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Package, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground services.
For international orders, the shipping methods are FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, and DHL Worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In fact, if your order qualifies for international shipping, the price will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Currently, due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, shipments are taking 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, unless the shipping method you select has a transit time shorter or longer than the aforementioned.

What payment methods does the store have?
We currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, and DinersClub credit cards. Additionally, Elo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an order?
Simply select the product or products, add them to your shopping cart, and complete the order by filling in your shipping information, billing details, and payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
How do I change or cancel my order?
It is important that you log in to your account to cancel your order, this will be possible before the order has been dispatched. You can also write to ayuda@vidaenfengshui.com. If the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and we do not accept returns. See shipping policy.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is preferable that you create an account so that you can save your data, and this will make it faster if you wish to place more orders. However, it is not necessary to have an account with us to place your orders.
